Hoops started his own company 8 years ago after spending 20 years
in Corporate America. 10 of
these were in senior management positions at CBS Television in
developing new products and revenue streams with national sales
responsibility. Since starting his own company, Jeff has raised
$M in venture capital, built joint ventures and marketed and successfully
sold profitable companies. In 2002 Jeff was responsible for the
sale of 7 client companies.

him 7 years of experience supervising a family manufacturing

a day to day basis he was responsible for everything from bookkeeping
to machine maintenance. He is a leader in the rockiest
of situations. Jim's broad experience provides for realistic
